Mitsubishi Vane Decanter Centrifuge (DZ)
The Mitsubishi Vane Decanter Centrifuge is a precision centrifugal separator which brings a dramatic improvement in performance by employing separator vane stacks attached to the screw conveyor inside the rotating bowl.
Features
Employment of vane separator stacks
- The fitting of vane separator stacks dramatically increases the effective separation and sedimentation area to boost throughput by more than 200 percent.
- Allows the use of a smaller decanter body, realizing a compact size and saving energy.
- The vanes give the decanter nanoparticle separation capability, extending the range of process applications.
- Realizes more precise cut points in the classification process.
- Can be fitted with a discharge impeller pump which connects directly to the discharge piping.
Thickening control
- Can be fitted with a discharge impeller pump which connects directly to the discharge piping.
- Adjusting the impeller pump backpressure allows the amount of clarified liquid to be regulated and ensures the stable discharge of thickened liquid. (Super pool control)
High-efficiency dewatering
- The press segment installed in the dewatering zone of the bowl allows higher cake dewatering performance.
