Financial goals

Establishment of a new business portfolio

Our corporate group started applying new rules for evaluating businesses, in order to reevaluate the business portfolio and select and concentrate on businesses in accordance with "Mitsubishi Kakoki Group's Management Vision for 2050" and the medium-term management plan.

Policy for establishing a management base

In accordance with the current medium-term management plan, we are proceeding with the measures for (1) designing manufacturing strategies, (2) promoting group management, and (3) improving corporate value, for the purpose of establishing a management base.
