De Hoxar Spiral Separator is settling equipment, the spiral plate pack is built inside of which. The revolving plate pack comes to pass with a significant speed of settling and achieves breakthrough.

The equipment consists of concrete (or steel) tank and polypropylene plate pack. Spiral Plate Pack, some spirally twisted plates, is hung inside the tank.　Raw water comes in at the input pipe, comes through Spiral Plate Pack and treated water goes out from the overflow weir. Spiral Plate Pack slowly rotates along with the climbing speed of raw water. As Spiral Plate Pack slowly rotates, the settling speed of suspended solid becomes rapid. At the same time the settling distance of SS becomes shorter. That means the setting area is severely reduced. The sludge is settled at the bottom of the tank and discharged from the output pipe.
