Essence of Hydrogen Generation Technology for Steam Reforming Medium-Scale On-Site Hydrogen Generation Plants

Medium-Scale On-Site Hydrogen Generation Plants

Name. Byname. Abbreviation

Medium-scale on-site hydrogen generation plant, on-site hydrogen generation plant, medium-scale hydrogen, steam reforming, HPU (Hydrogen Product Unit)

General Description

MKK offers medium-scale on-site hydrogen generation plants suited for medium-size users (100 to 1,000 Nm3/hour, 99.999 vol% or higher) in pharmaceutical, food, glass, optical fiber and silicon wafer production processes and for stainless steel heat treatment.

Features

  1. Low cost for hydrogen: Use of unique heat exchanger type reforming unit and off gas recycle system ensures energy-saving, low-cost hydrogen generation.
  2. A variety of material sources: Naphtha, Kerosene, etc. are acceptable, in addition to city gas (natural gas) and LPG.
  3. Compact reforming unit has made it possible to achieve small-size and space-saving configuration.
  4. Automatic ON-OFF control system responding to load fluctuations as well as providing no-man operation.
  5. The plants enable remote monitoring and control.
