Cryogenic Synthesizing Reaction Equipment

Name. Byname. Abbreviation

Cryogenic synthesizing equipment, low-temperature reaction equipment, indirect-cooling reaction equipment

General Description

MKK offers cryogenic synthesizing reaction systems ideal for inhibiting by-product formation in pharmaceutical (intermediate) and fine chemical processes. These systems operate at temperatures between -90¡ëC and -50¡ëC using liquid nitrogen-refrigerated indirect cooling brine.

Features

  1. Cooling capacity is 20,000 Kcal/hour or more.
  2. Methanol, ethanol or methylene chloride is used as indirect cooling brine.
éMethanol (Freezing point: -96¡ëC; dangerous substance Class 4 alcohol under the Fire Protection Law)
éEthanol (Freezing point: -114¡ëC; dangerous substance Class 4 alcohol under the Fire Protection Law)
éMethylene chloride (Freezing point: -97¡ëC; Class 2 organic solvent under Industrial Safety and Hygiene Law)
  3. Liquid nitrogen is used to refrigerate the brine.
    éLiquid nitrogen (Boiling point: -196¡ëC)
  4. Reactor capacity ranges from several hundred to several thousand liters.
  5. Reactor is built of SUS316L, Hastelloy, etc.
