MK-JET, cleaning equipment for SJ-G, closed-off cleaning equipment

Mitsubishi Selfjector is a separation disc centrifuge, and mainly used to purify the marine fuel and lubricating oil. A regular disassembly-wash is necessary to smoothly operate SJ-G, because SJ can run 24 hours. The disassembly-wash takes a lot of labor hours. To reduce the labor hour, MKK started developing new washing style, which doesn’t need to disassemble, and reached the circulating type washing equipment. Using MK-JET to wash inside the oil purifier can extend the interval between the regular disassembly-washes.

This SJ disc is washed with a special detergent, MK Clean Uno. The detergent perfectly removes tough grease.
