Overview of Equipment

The Mitsubishi Vertical Basket Centrifuge Model VZ-T is a sanitary type top-direct-driven vertical centrifugal filter with excellent cleaning performance, easy operation and suitability for use in the pharmaceutical, food processing and fine chemical industries. It enables selection of the required centrifugal force up to 950 G and is inexpensive yet offers various salient features including large treatment capacity and efficient cake discharge.

Features

  1. Large treatment capacity
Big, deep basket provides large treatment capacity including large filtration area and cubage.
  2. High centrifugal force
Low center-of-gravity design and use of roller bearings provide centrifugal force up to 950 G (VZ20T).
  3. Highly efficient cake discharge
Wide raking knife ensures one-motion removal of particle cake.
  4. Less energy consumption, less maintenance
Use of an inverter motor reduces power consumption and eliminates the need for brake parts replacement.
