The Mitsubishi Vertical Basket Centrifuge VZ Series is a line of vertical centrifugal filters that allow selection of the required centrifugal force up to 800 G. It is inexpensive yet offers numerous advantages such as large treatment capacity and highly efficient cake discharge.
Use of a unique vibration-proofing system (standard device) ensures vibration-suppressed, stable operation.
A sanitary type top-direct-driven vertical centrifuge (VZ-T) with excellent cleaning capability and easy operation is also available for use in the pharmaceutical, foodstuff and fine chemical industries.

1. Large treatment capacity
   Use of a big, deep basket provides a large treatment capacity, both in filtration area and cubage.
2. High centrifugal force
   Low center-of-gravity design and the use of roller bearings provide centrifugal force up to 800 G in standard specification.
3. Highly efficient cake discharge
   One-motion discharge of fine particle cake is possible with a wide cake-raking knife.
4. Less power consumption, less maintenance
   Use of an inverter motor reduces power consumption. Brake parts replacement is not required.
5. Low vibration
   Use of a dedicated spring damper allows installation of the machine on a simple base or upstairs.
