The Peeler Centrifuge HZ-PhII Series is a line of the latest GMP-conforming horizontal filters capable of superior cleaning and easy to operate and maintain.

Fundamental Concepts of the Hz-PhII Series

Full recovery of product is possible
A product can be recovered in its entirety, including residual cake layer, using back-blow gas from behind the filter medium.
Suitable for clean room
The processing and mechanical sections are separated to prevent contamination. A large space is not required for installation.
CIP cleaning function
Fully automated cleaning of the process area is possible.
Visual internal check of entire equipment is possible
All internal parts of the equipment can be visually checked including at the rear of the equipment and the back of the bowl and shaft.
Use of clamp rings that enable one-touch opening of the casing door ensures airtight operation and greatly facilitates visual internal check of the bowl and replacement of the filter medium.
Filter medium holding ring easy to attach and detach
To hold the filter medium, an easy-to-replace ratchet ring that is automatically locked by the centrifugal force is used.
