MK-JET
Disc type centrifugal separators are used to purify fuel oils and lubricating oils for ship engines and other land use engines. To ensure the separator maintains its high purification performance, it normally needs to be disassembled and cleaned at regular intervals. How much better it would be if this very labor-intensive process could be eliminated.
The MK-JET is a closed-circulation cleaning machine which enables oil purifiers to be washed and cleaned without having to be disassembled, thus minimizing time consuming labor work.
Features
- The MK-JET is closed-circulation type cleaner and requires no electrical power because it is driven by the air pressure given by the utility system.
- The cleaner realizes a significant shortening of the cleaning process because it can wash and clean the inside of the oil purifier without the purifier having to be disassembled.
- Designed to be easy to use and operate on board a ship, this cleaner is compact in size and weighs just 25 kg.
The photographs show the results of washing an oil purifier separator disc, used for a crosshead engine's L.O, using MK Clean Uno detergent for an hour, with three time five-minute rinses.
