Newly Developed a Cleaning Equipment for Mitsubishi Selfjector, "MK-JET", and a Detergent for Oil Purifier "MK Clean Uno"

Recently Mitsubishi Kakoki Kaisha (president: Satoru Hatano) has newly developed "MK-JET", cleaning equipment for Mitsubishi Selfjector, and "MK Clean Uno", a detergent for Oil Purifier. And started to sales activities.

Mitsubishi Selfjector is a separation disc centrifuge, and mainly used to purify the marine fuel and lubricating oil. A regular disassembly-wash is necessary to smoothly operate SJ-G, because SJ can run 24 hours. The disassembly-wash takes a lot of labor hours. To reduce the labor hour, MKK started developing new washing style, which doesn’t need to disassembly, and reached the circulating type washing equipment. Using MK-JET to wash inside the oil purifier can extend the interval between the regular disassembly-washes. That leads to reduce not only the labor hour of crews in the engine department but also the burden of the ship owner.

1. Patented "Tank compressed type circulating system" is power saving.
2. Not necessary to disassemble.
3. 2 types. The small one has 20L cubic capacity of a tank, and the large one has 35L.
4. User-friendly, compact design. The weight of the small one is 25kg only.

The small washing equipment costs \400 thousands, and the large one costs \500 thousands.

At the same time, "MK Clean Uno", a detergent for Mitsubishi Oil Purifier SJ-G was developed to remove the caked grease and the carbon scale, made from the trunk piston engine lubricating oil, on the disc installed in the oil purifier.

1. Undiluted detergent is for pre-wash and diluted one is for repetitive wash.
2. Biodegradable.
3. Rapidly remove the caked grease and the carbon scale.
4. Not irritating to the nose because of slight acidity.
5. Corrosion-inhibiting.
6. Nonflammable.
7. No halogenated compound.
