Delivery of the first Sludge Reduction Facilities of our new product to a major food company

藪KK (President: Satoru Hatano) has provided a engineering package of the sludge reduction facilities to a major food company.

薺he sludge reduction process of this introduces thermophilic bacteria, which live in the natural world, become more active at about 60 degrees C. and secrete enzyme and heat. And the process utilizes the enzyme and heat to decrease the volume of sludge from the wastewater treatment facility.

藪KK had tested the process at the customer’s site for 1 year. And the test results lead to this order entry of an engineering package of the process.In a factory of the customer’s the sludge had been discharged 4 ton a day, however, less sludge is discharged after the installation. According to the test results, the process can reduce the volume of sludge in over 90%, if there is no inorganic sludge.

薺he thermophilic bacteria don’t stagnate in the wastewater treatment facilities, because it is not active at a normal temperature. And thermophilic bacteria type sludge reduction process uses steam only, so that means the running cost drops sharply. Moreover, the existing tanks convert to a part of the process.

藪KK has already taken the second order entry from a major drag-manufacturing company. And then, it is targeting and marketing ISO14001 certified companies.
