¦ïitsubishi Kakoki (President: Yasuo Yabuuchi) has concluded a consultant
agreement with CDI Engineering Group, Inc. (CEG), a U.S. engineering company,
regarding c-GMP (GMP conforming to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration)
validation and pharmaceutical engineering to further expand pharmaceutical
engineering business and services.
¦ën the pharmaceutical industry, customer needs are increasing not only
for coping with the ever-progressing and changing pharmaceutical-related
technology, but also for engineering services based on the latest information
of U.S. c-GMP.
¦åEG, whose head office is located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, has 400 engineers in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical related fields, and has numerous engineering achievements concerning pharmaceutical production and research facilities in western countries. CEG is willing to positively promote and implement business cooperation with us based on the consultant agreement concluded at this time.
¦ïKK has thus far delivered large numbers of pharmaceutical related equipment
and pharmaceutical plants (intermediate bulk) to customers, such as GMP-conforming
horizontal centrifuges, ultra-low temperature reaction synthesis equipment
and supercritical crystallization equipment. Taking into consideration
customer needs of the pharmaceutical industry in recent years, MKK intends
to respond to and assist in customer requests concerning U.S. c-GMP based
on the consultant agreement with CEG.
¦ïKK will exhibit contents on U.S. c-GMP validation and pharmaceutical
engineering, related to the agreement concluded with CEG, at our booth
at INTERPHEX JAPAN (International Pharmaceutical, Cosmetic and Detergent
R&D and Manufacturing Technology Expo/Conference) to be held at Tokyo
Big Sight, Ariake from July 10 (Wednesday) to 12 (Friday).
