Supercritical Fluid Extraction Facilities
Supercritical fluid extraction technology utilizes supercritical gas for
the extraction of active ingredients from natural substances, disinfection
of medical equipment, removal of impurities, and cleaning of electronic
materials. To date, MKK has provided a variety of supercritical fluid extraction
units, ranging from screening (100 ml) to full-scale units (600 l). MKK
also maintains a body of in-depth technical information on supercritical
extraction technology.

Chromatographic Separators
Chromatographic separation technology is used to separate a high-purity
substance from compounds without denaturation. MKK provides the full-automatic
high performance liquid chromatographic system (HPLC) and super-critical
fluid chromatographic system (SCFC).

Food Processing Plants
MKK puts its wealth of experience in separation and refining technology
to use in a variety of food processing plants, including edible oil extraction,
chlorella production, condiment production, emulsifier production, and
brewery by-product treatment plants. In recent years, MKK has designed
facilities conforming to the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP)
standard.
