Mitsubishi DAS Combustion Type Emissions Cleaning Equipment
(ESCAPE INLINE)
The ESCAPE Series is uniquely designed to scrub harmful deposition gas
and global warming-induced cleaning (PFC) gas from semiconductor plants
through simultaneous direct exposure to flames More than 700 units have
since been in operation throughout the world earning a high reputation
for performance and reliability. In Japan as well, sales of this equipment
are steadily increasing.
Thermal and nuclear power stations located by the seashore use a vast amount
of seawater as cooling water. Seawater intake screening equipment performs
an indispensable function in maintaining safe operation by removing seaweed,
fish, and jellyfish, etc., from the seawater.
Heyward strainers are fitted in service water and seawater pipes. Their
screens catch solids contained in the water and eliminate them automatically
and continuously. The strainers are suitable for a wide range of pipe diameters.
Side Entry Mixer
The Side Entry Mixer is attached to the outer bottom of a large petroleum
storage tank to prevent the sedimentation of solids contained in heavy
oil and crude oil on the tank bottom. The connection between mixer and
tank is completely sealed to prevent oil leakage. This mixer is widely
used in the petroleum and power generation industries.
Turbulator
The turbulator features high-speed agitation and repeated forward/ reverse
rotation of facing impellers to effectively remove oil from metal parts.
Cleaning liquid circulates in four patterns in each timer-controlled cleaning
cycle for the effective cleaning of parts of irregular or complex shape.
