MKK has developed an industrial wastes recycling system that reduces waste
volume and reuses resources, also solving related environmental issues
such as odor, dust, flue gas, and wastewater.
Recycling Centers
Waste resources that were once incinerated or reclaimed, such as cans,
bottles or styrene foam, as well as paper, agricultural use vinyl sheets,
and sludge, can be recycled at our recycling centers. Throughout the planning
and execution stages, MKK's engineers strive to create energy-saving plants
with a worker-friendly environment.
Deodorizing and Emissions Treatment
MKK plans, designs, and constructs various odor and emissions treatment
systems. We provide a range of odor control methods including catalytic
chemical scrubbing, biological decomposition, incineration (thermal or
catalytic), and activated carbon adsorption. Our emissions treatment systems
remove pollutants such as HCl, NOX, SOX, and DXN from flue gas.
Water Permeable Bricks
MKK's water permeable bricks, made from the ashes of incinerated sewage
sludge, cleaning sand, and waste earthware pipes, make effective use of
wastes from sewage facilities. The bricks have good grip, come in a variety
of colors, and have environment-friendly characteristics, such as good
water-holding property, permeability, rainwater flow-out prevention, and
heat insulation.
